Our approach to working with clients is different from traditional consulting firms. While most companies greet the client with a formal presentation after significant research on both the company and the industry, we find that this creates an immediate bias that subtly guides the partnership and project.

We take a more fundamental approach…. We listen, ask questions – a lot of questions…and begin an extensive dialogue that results in a focused collaborative approach to challenges and obstacles.

Once the scope and goals of a project are agreed upon, we work with your management team to develop a methodical approach to achieving the ultimate goals of the project. We carefully outline the impact of any change or opportunity on all departments, divisions and levels within an organization. Our experience has taught us the value in identifying any unintended consequences.
